Summary

At Longstraw Carbon, we use agrarian waste like rice husk and corn cobs and convert them into high-quality biochar through pyrolysis in centralised industrial scale plants. The projects are designed through strategic location choices, optimal processes and reuse of bi-products to minimise embodied emissions and maximise circularity. The biochar produced is upgraded and developed into soil amendments. Direct and tangible social impact is integrated into the objectives of the project.
